Sharon (Sherry) Cox

Sharon (Sherry) Renee Cox, of Pegram, TN passed away on April 10 2021 at the home of her sweet caregiver Vicki Blade at the age of 58 years old. She was born in Nashville, TN on August 12, 1962. She attended Bellevue High School and graduated from Nashville Christian School. Sherry loved her niece and nephew, Garrett & Olivia Cox, like they were her own. She loved all things crafts and scrapbooking and is where the majority of her time was spent. Sherry also was a daycare worker and child care giver at various places over the years. She was a member at Bellevue Church of Christ where she got to talk, joke and cut up and just loved being around people.

She is preceded in death by her mother Faye Cox.

Survivors include her father Richard; brother Gary (Wendy) Cox; niece Olivia Cox and nephew Garrett Cox; Step mother Carole (Douglass) Cox and many aunts and uncles, with special gratitude to her Aunt Faye who made her last days as comfortable and loved as possible. Sherry also had many extended family members in Larry, Carolyn, Lauren and Lindsay Walker.

A private service will be held in her honor in the coming weeks.
