Ola P. Cunningham

Mrs. Ola Marie Cunningham age 84, of Fairview, TN., passed away April 8, 2022, at Harmony at Bellevue with her loving family and caregiver for four years, Anita Williams by her side.

Ola was born on May 11, 1937, to the late Casey Matthew Poteete and Daisy Dell Whitefield. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of forty-four years, Donald W. Cunningham, sister, Josephine Poteete, brother, Calvin Poteete. Ola loved the Lord and was a founding member of the Fairview First Baptist Church. She was a longtime member of the Fairview Senior Citizens where she enjoyed traveling and their weekly bingo sessions. She was an avid doll collector and loved nothing more than spending time with all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include her sons, Donald M. (Rosemary) Cunningham and Marlon D. (Gina) Cunningham, grandchildren, Chris Vaughn, Jessica (Tim) Mangrum, Amy (Jamie) Hazelwood, Shane (Jaylen) Cunningham and Shayla (Justin) Grogan, great grandchildren, Foster and Kennedy Vaughn, Nathan, Kaylee, Kinsley Mangrum, James, Jacob and John Hazelwood, Lennon Cunningham and Beckham Grogan, sisters Brenda Owens and Judy Jones, Brother Ricky Poteete.

Visitation with the family will begin on Monday, April 11, 2022, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm also on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, form 9:00 am until service time at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in the Jane Jones Cemetery, Fairview, TN.
