The family wishes to express its eternal gratitude to the physicians and their staff who have cared for her over these past fourteen and a half years: Dr. Terri Jerkins, Dr. Randy Jerkins, Dr. Anthony Meluch, Dr. Chris Wilbeck, Dr. Sanji Kumar, and Dr. Jeffery Hymes.
