Cheryl Rae Clark, age 75, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 16, 2022, at her home in Franklin, Tennessee with her husband by her side.

Cheryl was born on March 19, 1947, in Los Angeles, California to her parents Russell and Maurine Pickering. She married Bob Clark, on August 29, 1970, in Santa Fe Springs, California.

Cheryl worked for the 3M company for many years as an Executive Secretary. Later, she co-owned a UPS store in Anaheim Hills, California. Her most recent employment was as the office manager at Cool Springs Animal Hospital for 18 years until she retired in 2012. Cheryl managed to accomplish all of this in addition to taking care of her loving family.

Cheryl lived her life through simple pleasures, such as, her love for animals, gardening, interior designing, shopping, the beach, holiday gatherings and her family. She was always a joy to be around and touched so many lives with her lovable personality.

Cheryl is survived by her husband of 52 years, Bob Clark, their three wonderful children, Ryan (Cynthia) Clark, Casey Clark, Scott (Jennifer) Clark; four amazing grandchildren, Tyler Clark, Bodie Clark, Wesley Clark, Tony Clark; her sister, Karen (Jerry) Rice and sister-in-law, Lisa Clark-Weber.

A private celebration of life for family and close friends will take place at The Pavilion at Harpeth Hills, 9090 Highway 100, Nashville, TN 37221 on Saturday, October 15, 2022, from 1 PM to 3 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Cheryl can be made to: The American Heart/Stroke Association, St. Jude’s Hospital, or Williamson County Animal Center.
