William "Billy" Robert Toy of Fairview, Tennessee, passed away at his residence on Monday, March 23, 2020; he was 79 years old.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Sherman and Bertha Lee Anderson Toy; sons, Robert Wayne Toy, and Shannon Ray Hall; brothers, Lester and Lex Toy; and sisters, Cena Patterson and Florence Sweet.
Survivors include Wife, Norma Hall Toy; sons William Eugene Toy (Carrie) and Jimmy Lee Toy; daughter, Tonya Gayle Pratt (Kevin); Fourteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and sister, Josephine Bates.
A graveside service will be held at the Willow Springs Cemetery in Lyles, Tennessee, on Thursday, March 26, 2020.
