William Olsen “Bo” Bell, age 68, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 19, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Bo was born on April 28, 1958. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Wesley Bell and Carrie Earline Reed Bell, and his brother, Calvin Bell.

He is lovingly survived by his children: Brandon (Christy), Justin (Jessica), John (Julia), Ashleigh (Jimmy), and Brittney. He was a proud and devoted grandfather to Austin, Dylan, Nolan, Canaan, Kellan, Cheyenne, Harper, Owynn, Isaiah, and Bayleigh, each of whom brought tremendous joy to his life.

Bo is also survived by his beloved siblings: Edith (Freddie), Vernon (Celia), Linda, Judy (Craig), and Debbie, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends who will cherish his memory.

Bo was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose greatest joy was spending time with the people he loved. He had a lifelong passion for the outdoors and could often be found fishing, hunting, or simply enjoying nature.

A gifted craftsman, Bo spent many years building log homes, taking great pride in his work and in the friendships he formed with the crew beside him. He was known for his strong work ethic, generous spirit, and willingness to lend a helping hand.

Bo also left a lasting mark on his community through his years as a coach. He loved encouraging young people and investing in others, leaving an impact that reached far beyond the gym and playing field throughout the Pegram and Kingston Springs communities.

Anyone who knew Bo knew he never met a stranger. He loved telling a good story, making people laugh, and bringing others together. His warm smile, quick wit, and kind heart will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Bo was an enthusiastic fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Raiders, faithfully cheering them on every chance he got.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff of The Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Bellevue, Tennessee, for the exceptional care, kindness, and support shown to Bo and his loved ones.

Bo leaves behind a legacy of hard work, friendship, laughter, and unwavering love for his family and community. Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will live on in the stories shared, the lives he touched, and the love he gave so freely.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in memory of Bo Bell.
