Timothy (Tim) Duane Fox

Mr. Timothy (Tim) Duane Fox age 57, of Nashville, TN passed away on April 1, 2023 at Brookwood Baptist Medical Center in Hoover, AL.

Tim was born in Nashville, TN to Jesse Everett Fox and Peggy Johnson Fox. He is preceded in death by his father, his brother Terry David Fox, and his father-in-law Kayo Smith. Tim enjoyed playing basketball, watching Alabama football, trips to the lake and beach, cookouts, spending time with family and friends, coaching and mentoring young men, especially his son Bryant, and loving on his dogs, Joe, Duke, and Nitro. Most of all, Tim was a faithful Christian servant who enjoyed worshiping the Lord and working with Room In The Inn.

Survivors include his wife; Gina Smith Fox, mother, Peggy Fox, son, Bryant (Courtney) Fox, bonus son, Jason (JJ) Embry Jr.; nephew Todd (Bailey) Fox; great nephew Jesse David (JD) Fox and great niece Mila Fox; mother-in-law Ruby Smith; and sister-in-law Jill Smith.

Pallbearers; JJ Embry Jr., Robert “Bob” Davis, Kris DeLap, Darrell “Red” Ganus, Todd Fox, and Bryant Fox.

Honorary Pallbearers; Honorable Judges J. Randall Wyatt Jr., Angelita Blackshear Dalton, Steve Dozier; Division II Criminal Court current and former staff; and many courthouse friends.

Visitation with the family will begin on Friday, April 7, 2023 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Saturday, April 8, 2023 from 12:00 pm until service time at 1:00 pm. All services to be held at Bellevue Church of Christ, 7401 Hwy 70 South, Nashville, TN.
