Thomas “Wayne” Hess, age 81, passed away on December 9, 2021.
Preceded in death by his parents Jake Hess and Ethel Stevens Hess.
Survived by loving wife Patricia Hess, son: Stuart (Candy) Fisher, daughter: Joyce (Jeff) Wingo, granddaughters: Megan (Kevin) Snider, Ashley (Noah) Blackburn, grandsons: Andrew Fisher, Quentin (Tera) Manning, great granddaughters: Tessa Snider, Ryleigh Snider, nephew: Cody Hess, great niece: Elizabeth Hess, brother: Gary “Pug” (Mary Francis) Hess.
Wayne was a loving husband and father. He was a mechanic for many years, enjoyed working on trucks, and in his lawn mower shop. Wayne was a hard worker and didn’t let anything hold him back.
There will be visitation Friday, December 17, 2021 from 5:00pm – 8:00pm and Saturday December 18, 9:30am - 11:30am with a Masonic Service held at 10:30am and a Celebration of Life at 11:30am all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
