She is preceded in death by parents, Carl and Dorothy Bertholf; husband, Jimmy Johnstone; and brothers Dick, Bill, and Lee.
Survivors include daughter, Missy Smith (Blake); grandchildren, Palmer, Emerson, and Finley; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
