Steve Jones

John Steven Jones, age 74 of Kingston Springs, passed away on April 1, 2022.

Preceded in death by his parents John and Mary Jones.

Survived by loving wife of 46 years Hilda Jones, daughters; Theresa (Bubba) Chandler, Tonya (Eddie) Corley, grandsons; Grady (Melanie) Chipman, Mathew Chandler, Nathan Chandler, Gabriel Corley, Nickolas Corley, Jeremiah King, granddaughters; Elizabeth (Dennis) Parrott, Mckenzie King, great-grandchildren; Sophia Parrott, Sutton Parrott, Samuel Parrott, Rosalie Chipman, brother; David (Teresa) Jones, sister; Tina (Max) Horkins, brother-in-law; Roger (Gayle) Rust, sister-in-law; Penny Mitchell, nieces; Kimberly (Mark) Welte, Catie Mitchell, Kasey Rust, numerous nieces, nephews and loved ones.

Steve was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He adored his family and always put them first. Steve was an active member at Highland Park Church. He was a man of God, lived a life of service, and enjoyed his church family. Steve was a caring, kind and extremely humble man. His hobbies were golfing and watching his grandchildren play sports.

There will be visitation Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and Thursday, April 7, from 1:30pm to 2:30pm with a Celebration of Life at 2:30pm and the burial to follow all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
