Stella V. Cox-Age 81, of Nashville, passed away October 29, 2021.
Stella was a kind, high spirited, loving and great wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, reading and most of all spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies.
Preceded in death by her husband James Edward Cox, Sr.; parents Effie and Joseph Stephens; sister Lavergne Knihtila; brother Joseph Stephens, Jr. Survived by her loving children Jimmy Cox, Jr. & Sheryl Cox (Kevin Jenkins); grandchildren David Cox, Beth Cox and Kayla McNabb (Travis); great-grandchildren Kiley, Kinsley, Bailey, Ashlynn & Kamden; sister Barbara Williams; several extended family and friends.
A Life Celebration will be held 1:00pm, Tuesday, November 2nd. Visitation will be 3:00pm-8:00pm, Monday at 12:00pm-1:00pm, Tuesday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN, 37221, harpethhills.com, 615-646-9292
