Sarah Maude Frazer, also affectionately known as "Sally", gracefully left this world on April 20, 2024. She was born on August 22, 1940, in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Sarah led a remarkable life filled with diverse experiences. She pursued her passion for hospitality by owning and operating a restaurant and motel, where she warmly welcomed guests with her genuine Southern charm. Additionally, Sarah shared her love for nature as a fish guide on Kentucky Lake, creating lasting memories for those she guided.

Her educational journey took her through H.V. Cooper High School and Hinds Jr. College in Jackson, Mississippi, where she laid the foundation for her successful career. Alongside her professional endeavors, Sarah found joy in simple pleasures such as exploring the beauty of wildflowers, channeling her creativity into crafting exquisite quilts, and cherishing moments with her beloved family.

She is preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Stokes, brothers, Edgar Jr. Hazzlerigg, W.C. Hazzlerigg, Maurice Hazzlerigg, James Hazzlerigg, Larry Hazzlerigg, and her sister, Virginia Hullum.

Sally's legacy will be carried on by her surviving family and friends including her loving husband that has stood by her side for forty-one years, Lewis Frazer. She will also be remembered fondly by her sons, Michael (Ginger) Stokes and David (Kisha) Stokes, brother, Henry (Mary) Hazzlerigg, sister, Vicky (Eddie) Smith, along with a host of friends who were touched by her warmth and kindness.

Sarah Maude Frazer's family has honored her wishes of cremation and in remembrance of her life, let us celebrate the way she brightened the world with her unwavering love for her family, dedication to her work, and passion for the beautiful things in life. May she rest in peace knowing that she was cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
