Ruth I. Perez

Ruth Irene Perez (Kerr) of Clarksville, TN passed away peacefully at her home on November 30, 2024. Born in West Elizabeth, PA to Mary Gertrude Kerr (Bost) and William Leo Kerr, she lived in Sussex and Ocean County, NJ before moving to Clarksville in 2020. She attended Barkers Mill Church of Christ.

Ruth loved to read, take rides through the countryside of Kentucky and playing dominoes.

Ruth is predeceased by her loving husband Robert A. Perez, Sr., a beloved son Albert W. Perez; sister Lois Jeane Kunz; brothers William Leo Kerr and Edward Milton Kerr. 

She is survived by her beloved brother Albert W. Kerr, two loving daughters Eileen F. Perez-Bennett and Diane M. Perez; son-in-law Charles M. Bennett; son Robert A. Perez, Jr. and wife Natalie; five grandchildren, Jimmy, Angela, Grace, Gianna and Elizabeth; step grandson Edward Bennett; beloved nephew Mark Kunz and numerous nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 1:00pm ~ 3:00pm with a Celebration of Life at 3:00pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home 9090 Tn. Highway 100, Nashville, Tn 37221.
