Preceded in death by her parents, Miles and Ada Slone; grandson, Cheyenne James Tiller; brothers, Camilus Slone, Herman Slone, Winston Slone, Clyde Slone, Burnard Slone; sisters, Myrtle Slone Pratt, Marie Slone Prater, Marinda Slone, Brookie Tiller and Ruth Slone Pyck.
She is survived by her children, James Tiller (Melissa), Joan Tiller and Resa Tiller; grandchildren, Clayton Tiller and Cameron Tiller; great-grandchildren, Aaron Tiller and Alexander Tiller.
She was a devoted mother and grandmother, and a faithful wife who always put her family first. She was selfless, caring, nurturing, strong-willed and feisty.
Visitation will be from 12-1 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2019 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 1 p.m. on Monday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
