Ronald Kay White of Nashville, Tennessee passed away suddenly on Monday, November 20, 2017 at St. Thomas West Hospital; he was 79 years old.
Mr. White, preceded in death by his parents Delois and Marcella Leininger White, is survived by his wife of 59 years, Mrs. Donna Ford White; sons Ronald Kent White (Deborah) and Gerald Kirk White (Bonnie); daughter Jeanne Graham (Brent); grandchildren Brandon (Emily), Joshua, Michael, and Andrew White, and Jenna, Kaylyn, and Wesley Graham; great grandchild Eva White; brother Robert White (Donnieta); sister Janet Akers (John); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. White was a Church of Christ minister for 55 years, with congregations in Tennessee, Indiana, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. He was recognized by many as a servant, peace maker, leader, and a man of wisdom.
Visitation will be held at the Bellevue Church of Christ, 7401 US-70S, Nashville, TN 37221, on Saturday, November 25, from 10:00 am thru 1:00 pm, with a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 1:00 pm; burial will follow at the Harpeth Hills Memorial Gardens.
