Peggy Darlene Stinson was born on July 24th, 1951 in Franklin, Tennessee, and passed away on July 3rd, 2024 in Fairview, Tennessee.
Peggy is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Rachel Stinson; and sister, Sandra Faye (Ralph) Jones.
Peggy is survived by her sister, Phyllis (Richard) Packard; nephews, Joe (Gina) Jones, Travis (Caroline) Lampley; niece, Chastity (Norman) Moss; great-nephews, Wil Jones, Hayden Jones, Carter Lampley, Hank Lampley, and Whit Lampley.
Peggy graduated from Fairview High School in 1969 and was a member of the Fernvale Church of Christ.
Peggy dedicated over 30 years of her life to healthcare as a nurse's aide, touching the lives of many with her compassionate care. Not only was she a dedicated healthcare professional, but she also served as a caregiver for countless children within the community, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness.
Peggy's vibrant personality shone through in everything she did. She was known for her deep love for all living creatures, especially birds, goats, and dogs. Peggy loved the color yellow, bringing brightness and joy into her life and the lives of those around her. Peggy's admiration for Dolly Parton was no secret - her music bringing warmth and comfort to Peggy throughout the years.
