Smith of Racine, WI. ; daughter, Crystal McCutchen of Centerville, TN; 2 grandsons, Ryan Smith, Josh Balboa; 2 granddaughters, Hannah Kiser, Holly Gomez; 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life Service will be 2:00 pm Monday in the chapel of Harpeth Hills.
