Patricia "Patty" Jean Smith January 8, 2023 age 71. Preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Marian Hendricks and brother David Hendricks. Survived by husband Paul Wendell Smith, Sr. daughter, Wendy Smith Wise; granddaughter Jordan Wise Lormis (Wes), grandson, Jesse Wise; son Paul Smith, Jr; sisters, Peggy Myers, Becky Davis; brothers Don Hendricks Jr.and Rob Hendricks; many nieces, nephews and greats.
Funeral services will be January 28, 2023 (Saturday) at 11:00 am. Visitation 10:00-11:00 am all at Bellevue United Methodist Church.
