Patricia Ann Slate- Age 70, August 9, 2014. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Slate "Cannonball"; son, Richard Slate "Dickey". Survived by her daughter, Tammy Cannon (Ronnie); grandchildren, Ashley Cannon, Amanda Cannon, Jordan Slate and Dillon Slate; sister, Janice Mitchell and E. P. Gerald. She was loved and will be greatly missed by all her friends and family. A Celebration of Life service will be at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
