Patricia Gail Creech of Nashville, Tennessee, died at her residence on Tuesday, July 31, 2018; she was 64 years old.
Patricia is preceded in death by her father William Howard Hodges, and brother Sonny Hodges, and is survived by her mother Doris Jones Hodges; brothers Dannie J. Hodges (Lisa) and Jim H. Hodges (Judith); and grandsons Justin, Thomas and Daniel Beard.
Visitation for Ms. Creech will be Friday, August 3, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. thru 1:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service beginning at 1:00 p.m.; all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
