Nick, at age 24, passed away in the state of Montana on September 14, 2024.
He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 24, 1999. Nick was a resident of Chattanooga, TN where he attended and recently graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Following his graduation, he went to Montana for the season to apprentice as a fly-fishing guide. Additionally, he dedicated a large portion of his time on conservation efforts benefiting the non-profit Upper Missouri Waterkeeper. These efforts were aligned with his environmental science degree as well as his passion for the outdoors and fly fishing.
Nick was known for his genuine ability to stay true to who he was and what he believed in. While many considered him to be an “old soul,” his playful sense of humor was always able to make his family (especially his younger sister) and friends laugh. He loved anything associated with the outdoors and always found his “happy place” in the time he spent in nature.
Nick was preceded in death by his mother (Christina) and his grandfather (Russell).
He is survived by his father (Sean), sister (Olivia), grandmother (Connie), grandmother (Sherry), uncle (Tony), aunt (Michelle), aunt (Kathy), cousin (Emma) and her husband (Patrick) and their son (Jude), as well as many other beloved family members and friends.
Nick, you are deeply missed and were taken from this world far too soon. Not only your family, but the world has suffered a great loss. We are all incredibly blessed to have had you in our lives and something that will never be lost is the love and memories that we share.
A private family service will be held at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
