Melvin Arnold Johnson of Nashville, Tennessee died Sunday, February 15, 2015 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville; he was 76 years old.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife Bessie Henry; daughter Tiwanna Dawn Johnson, son Joey Brent Johnson; and grandchild Zink Johnson.
Mr. Johnson retired from The Tennessean after 35 years. He loved his children, bowling, and fishing.
Visitation for Mr. Johnson will be Saturday, February 21 from 9:30 - 11:30 am; a Funeral Service begins at 11:30 am. Burial will be in the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens following the Funeral Service.
