Melinda L. Sisler, age 52 of Franklin, passed away October 23, 2016 at Williamson Medical Center.
A native of Jackson, MS, she was the daughter of William Craig Odom and Mary Louise Sutton Odom.
She is survived by her children: Samantha Sisler and Patrick Sisler; and a sister: Connie Odom Meranda.
Melinda survived her battle with MS for 32 years. During that time she kept her positive outlook and was always known to smile. She had a deep love for University of Kentucky Wildcats Basketball and Yankees Baseball, and enjoyed watching "Days of Our Lives", but her greatest passions in life were her children and her cats!
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Wednesday at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
