Mary Florine Poole Meadows- Age 86, January 18, 2018.
Preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Vernon Leroy Meadows; parents, Andrew and Icy Poole, sisters, Cora, Ola, Agnes and Belle; brothers, Owen, Lois and Oda.
She is survived by her sons, Gary Meadows (Beth) and Roy Meadows; grandchildren, Andrew (Stacey), James (Rebekah) and Candice; great-granddaughter due in April; many nieces and nephews.
She played basketball for Portland High School, was an avid reader and an interior designer. She decorated the Governor's mansion in Indiana for five years in a row at Christmas time.
Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2018 and 12:30-1:30 p.m. on Sunday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
