Survived by 2 sisters; Nancy Tolan and Karen Higgins; 6 children Dixon Claire Phillips (John), William Paul McInnis (Lynn), Joseph Scott McInnis, David Mark McInnis (Patty), Laurel Noel Williams (Chris) Douglas Arthur McInnis (Leigh Ann); 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.

Phyllis’s life will be celebrated with a Funeral Mass Monday, December 18, 2023 at 1:30 pm at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6401 Harding Road, Nashville, TN. Visitation beginning at 12:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Vincent De Paul at St. Henry.
