Mary Etta Cook, Age 75, October 3, 2015. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Elmer Cook; daughter, Tracey Hay (Steve); son, Christopher Cook (Rebecca); grandchildren, Alex Hay, Ashlyn Hay, Savannah Cook and Austin Cook.

A visitation will be Thursday, October 8, 6-8 p.m. at Bellevue Presbyterian Church, 100 Cross Timbers Dr. Nashville. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, October 9, 2015 at the church. Interment will follow at Middle TN State Veterans Cemetery.
