Martha Jack Templeton was born on April 12, 1931, in Clifton, Tennessee. She passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026, after a short illness.

She is preceded in death by her parents Charles Wesley Lynch and Maybelle Young Lynch, her husband of 66 years, Curt Templeton, Jr., and son Kevin Templeton. She also had 12 siblings that preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children, Leslie (Kandy) Templeton and Beth (Richard) Armstrong, grandchildren Gregory (Brittany) Templeton and Bradley (Chelsey) Templeton, great grandchildren Haynes, Maren and Georgie.

Martha was a long-time member of the Baptist church.  She loved playing basketball at Frank Hughes High School, working at Harveys Department Store and working with children at Southminster Presbyterian Church.

Funeral services will be held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Highway 100, Nashville, TN, 37221, on Saturday at 11:30am with burial to follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens at 12:30pm.  Visitation will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 5:00pm - 7:00pm and again on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 10:30am - 11:30am.  

Bobby Strickland, a longtime friend, will be conducting the service.
