BURNS - age 91, passed away Thursday September 6, 2018. Surviving are her son Tom Spencer, daughter "Jackie" ( Richard) Smith. 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life service will be held Monday 12 Noon Harpeth Hills Funeral Home Chapel. Interment Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1 pm until 8 pm at Harpeth Hills.
