Louise Curlin- Age 95, of Fairview, passed away January 19, 2020.
Ms. Curlin was the oldest member of First Baptist Church in Fairview and a living testament to being a good Christian. She enjoyed reading her bible daily, cooking, a good conversation and cup of coffee and spending time with her family. She was a strong determined woman that will be truly missed.
Preceded in death by her husband Thomas H. Curlin; daughters Carolyn Gilbert, Marilyn Plummer and Marcelle Parker; son Tommy Curlin; grandchildren Marcelle Simmons, Frank Simmons and Jimmy Richards; parents Amanda Price Brister and Sam Brister; second mother Isabelle Sartain; 4 sisters and 1 brother. Survived by her daughter Llynette Richards (Delbert); grandchildren Kim Kish, Debbie Plummer, Richard Simmons, Sandee Emerson (Gary), Charlie Simmons (Tammy), Jeanette Beasley (David), Vonda Hazelwood (Randy) and Jaime Johnson (Joseph); 15 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A Life Celebration will be held 2:30pm, Friday, January 24th. Visitation will be 2:00pm-8:00pm, Thursday and 1:30pm-2:30pm, Friday at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN, 37221 harpethhills.com
