Kathy Thomas was born on September 29, 1959, to Charles and Emily Thomas, and departed from this world on June 7, 2025. As she walks into eternity, her legacy continues to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Kathy is survived by her sisters, Sherry L. Thomas, and Elizabeth Ann Primeaux; nieces, Ashley Lynn, Kathryn Elizabeth, and Christy LeeAnn.

With a degree in business management from Nashville State, Kathy's professional journey was diverse and fulfilling. She dedicated many years to route sales at American Tea and Coffee, bringing her connection to every customer she met with. Kathy also made her mark as a body glass operator at Ford Motor Company, where her precision and dedication reflected her commitment to excellence.

Those who knew Kathy understood her deep love for little dogs, especially Yorkies. Kathy's spirit was also captured through her artistry; her pencil sketches and drawings are a testament to her creative soul, showcasing her ability to view the world through a uniquely beautiful lens.

A true enthusiast, Kathy had a lifelong passion for Mustangs, proudly owning several throughout her lifetime. Her fondness for these iconic vehicles mirrored her vibrant personality, a combination of strength, beauty, and charm.

Kathy's heart, warmed by the flicker of a film screen, found joy in watching movies; "Coal Miner's Daughter" and "Tombstone" among her favorites. These films often served as inspiration for her storytelling, bringing laughter and love into gatherings.

A beloved escape for Kathy was Montgomery Bell State Park, where she spent countless enjoyable moments in the pet-friendly cabins. Each trip was filled with laughter, nature, and precious time spent with those she loved.

As we celebrate the life of Kathy Thomas, we remember the kindness she imparted to everyone around her. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, June 17th, at 11:30am at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens, with Pastor Mike Shelton officiating the service. Kathy will be deeply missed, yet her influence will continue to blossom in the hearts of those she touched.
