Juanita Mae Beard of Nashville, passed away at St. Thomas Midtown on Friday, January 3, 2020; she was 80 years old.
Juanita loved flowers and quilting, and was very proud of the time she spent as a medical technician at St. Thomas Hospital.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Dorothy Hester, Sr.; husband of 30 years, James William Beard; brothers William Jr., Norman, Jerry, Bill, and Charlie Hester; sisters, Dorothy "Dot" Hopkins, Gladys Howard, and Mary Pugh.
Survivors include daughters Connie McCloud (George) and Judy Hulme (Julian); grandson James Hulme, sister-in-law, Ann Randolph (Tommy); numerous nieces and nephews, including Nancy Wall and Wanda Scott; and furbaby, Annie (the cat).
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 8, 11:00 - 1:00, with a Celebration of Life beginning at 1:00; all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN 37221.
