John Dee Russell Spain IV, Anniston, AL, Age 45, June 17, 2015. Survived by his father, Dr. John Spain, Jr. and mother, June Childre; grandmother, Phyllis Wiley; fiancé, Talisa Lacy; sisters, Jennifer Pluimer and Summer Childre; brothers, Michael and Andrew Childre; fiancé, Talisa Lacy.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Heart Association.
Visitation will be 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment will be at 9 a.m. on Monday at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
