John Howard Gentry of Nashville, Tennessee died Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Southern Hills Medical Center; he was 54 years old.
Mr. Gentry, preceded in death by his parents Howard Orville and Patricia Morris Gentry, is survived by his sister Denise Petrunak (David); niece Rachel Rabalais; great nephew Wyatt Rabalais; longtime companion Debbie Smith; cat Fluffo; and a multitude of family and friends.
Mr. Gentry loved boating and NASCAR, and was a huge Dale Earnhardt, Jr. fan.
Visitation will be Wednesday and Thursday, 4:00 thru 8:00, with a Celebration of Life on Friday, 1:00; at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN 37221.
