Joel Greene

Joel Grant Greene of Nashville, TN left this earth on May 21, 2022 surrounded by family and friends. Joel was a master dental technician for Avesta Dental Arts. Anything Joel decided to do he always done it with passion and ease.

Joel is preceded in death by Richard Darel Greene Sr. (Father), Dorothy Nell Nicholson Greene (Mother) and Cynthia Renee Greene Murphy (Sister).

Joel is survived by Aloura Grace Greene (Daughter), Angela Greene (Wife), Sherri Dawn Greene (Angie) Sister, Richard Darel (Ricky) Greene, Jr. (Brother), Meghan (Aaron) Turnington (Niece), Drew Pharis (Step-son), Cayden, Cali and Cayleb Horton (Grandkids), Carson Turnington (Great Nephew), Neal Iverlett (Close Friend), Mitch Murphy (Brother-in- law) Madu, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Joel Greene was a father, brother, cousin, son-in-law, peepaw, and a great friend. He was a ray of sunshine, he could make anyone smile and fill it with love and joy. Joel was a big teddy bear with a big heart. Joel was first and foremost a dad. He loved his daughter with everything he had. He was also a fisherman, cook, painter, camper, window shopper, dumpster diver, carpenter, green thumb, and talented with everything he did. Joel will be missed by all who knew him.

There will be a visitation Friday May 27, 2022, from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm and Saturday May 28, 2022, from 9:00 am until service time 10:00 am, all held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Highway 100. Nashville, TN 37221.
