Joann Griggs

Joann Briley Griggs age 85 of Spring Hill, Tennessee passed away on May 17, 2022. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, William Griggs Jr., brother, Harold “Sonny” Briley, great granddaughter, Sarah Marie Schmidt.

She is survived by son, Wesley Griggs of Columbia TN, daughter, Terri (Tom) Boone of Southport NC, son Tommy Joe Griggs of Shelbyville TN, 9 grandchildren, 12 greatgrandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

Joann was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved reading and cooking but most of all spending time with her family. Joann was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Fairview.

There will be visitation Friday, May 20 from 10:00am – 10:45am with a graveside Celebration of Life at 11:00am all at Harpeth Hill Funeral Home.
