Jimmy Ray PHELPS II, born on May 19, 1986, and passed away on February 14, 2024. Jimmy was known for his joyful and carefree personality.
He is survived by his mother, Gloria, and twin sister, Jessi, along with his nieces, Aayla and Nevaeh; Uncle Larry (Patty) Barnes, Aunt Edna Fisher and a host of numerous cousins.
Sadly, Jimmy's father, Jimmy Ray, and his grandparents, Lawrence and Lucille Barnes, as well as Cotton and Lily Phelps, Aunt Shelia Sullivan, Aunt Genie Belle Burrow, Aunt Jean, Uncles; Tommy and Ernie and nephew Jayden Boyd have preceded him in death.
