Jerry Wayne Smith of Kingston Springs, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2019; he was 69 years old.
Jerry was preceded in death by his grandparents, Earl and Ollie Irene Smith; and daughter Patricia Smith.
Survivors include wife of 12 years, Sharon Smith; stepchildren, Wendy Chandler and Jody Gwaltney; grandchild Tyler Smith; brother, Richard Smith; and niece, Lisa Smith (Kevin).
Visitation will be Friday, August 2, 4:00 - 8:00, and again Saturday 10:00 - 11:00, with a Celebration of Life beginning at 11:00; all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
