Jenny Kemper Baird-Phillips- Age 74, Passed away suddenly on January 9, 2014. Preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Mary Kemper; brother, Richard Kemper, Jr.; granddaughter, Samantha Baxter; great-grandson, Elam Ness. Survived by her children, Jeff Seely (Ginger), Jackie Tuttle and Johanna Crowder (J.B.); 10 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Fred Kemper.
