Jeannie Renae Elam of Bon Aqua, Tennessee died Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville; she was 46 years old.
Miss Elam is survived by her sons Michael Dillyn Elam and Zachary Kyle Elam; sisters Cindy Howell and Sherry Hayes; brother Donnie Elam; boyfriend Michael Webb; and many friends and family.
Visitation will be Friday, December 4, 2015 from 10:00 - 12:00 with a Celebration of Life beginning at 12:00 Noon.
