Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Van Heath.
She is Survived by her children, Gary Heath (Janet) and Marilyn Newton; grandchildren, Kelly Kleczinski (Josh), Lauren Heath, Melissa Lynch, Robert Hampton and Whitney Payment (Frank); great-grandchildren, Larkyn Kleczinski, Cheyenne Payment and Avree Hampton; brother, Ray Crouch (Carolyn).
Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. on Sunday, November 26, 2017 and 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. on Monday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 1 p.m. on Monday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
