Janell S. Lewis of Portland, Tennessee, passed away at Sumner Regional Medical Center on Thursday, September 20, 2018; she was 95 years old.
Mrs. Lewis was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Mr. Charles W. Lewis, and son Morris Wayne Lewis.
Survivors include son, Tommy Lewis (Lindall); daughter, Carolyn Maxine Thurman; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 25, 11:00 - 1:00 with a Celebration of Life beginning at 1:00; all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
