James A. Mihalko of Fairview, Tennessee, passed away at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee, on Sunday, April 28, 2019; he was 59 years old.
Mr. Mihalko, preceded in death by his father, Andrew Richard Mihalko; and brother, Andrew Mihalko, is survived by his wife of 34 years, Robbie Duff Mihalko; daughters Casey Mihalko, Corrie Butler (Chris), and Jamie Turner (Stevie); grandchild, Maddox Butler; sisters, Dorothy Swan, Marlene Smith (David), and Marge Pratt (Richard); brother, John Mihalko (Cathy); and mother, Colleen Barton Mihalko.
A Memorial Service will be held at Gateway Franklin Church, 1288 Lewisburg Pike, Franklin, TN, on Thursday, May 2, 2019, at 4:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gateway Franklin Church.
