Age 81, passed away August 21, 2017.
Preceded in death by his mother, Beulah Culwell Forrest; father, Ernest Daniel Forrest, Sr.; sisters, Joan Pack and Patricia Lewis. Survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Barbara Forrest; daughter, Sherri Forrest; brothers, Terry Forrest (Thelma), Ernest Forrest, Jr. (Darlene) & Eddie Dale Forrest (Debbie); God child, Annie Kate Hudson; several nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
The family would like to express their profound gratitude to Shafreida Thomas for the care given to Mr. Forrest and his family.
