James Robert Brooks (Bob) died February 23, 2015. Survived by wife, Raye Brooks; four children; seven grandchildren. He worked for the State of Tennessee Department of Vocational Rehabilitation for over 30 years. He was a member of the University of Memphis M Club Athletic Hall of Fame and officiated football in the Southwest Conference. Visitation at Belle Meade United Methodist Church, Sunday, March 6, 2015 starting at 12:00 p.m. followed by religious services at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pastor's Discretionary Fund at Belle Meade United Methodist Church.
