James Gilbert Anderson- Age 82, of Fairview, Tennessee died Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee.
Preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Nellie Anderson; sons, Steven Anderson and James G. Anderson, Jr.; great-grandson, Mason Gilliam; parents, Fred Anderson and Pauline Caruthers Anderson; brothers, Allen and Wilson Anderson.
Survived by his children, Cheryl (Norman) Givens, Floyd (Pam) Anderson and Marlena (Ray) Lovato; grandchildren, Gwen Givens Martin, Travis (Annette) Givens, Dewanna (Tracy) Gilliam, Nick Anderson, Steven Anderson, Samantha Anderson and Marcus (Candice) Glaser; great-grandchildren, Delsie, Dakota, Spencer and Marshal Gilliam, Cameron Martin, Riley Anderson and John Gilbert Glaser.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday, June 10, 2016 and 1-3:30 p.m. on Monday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, June 11 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
