Jacqueline “Jackie” Summers peacefully left this earthly life on September 26, 2025.

Jackie was born on August 13, 1948, in Nashville, Tennessee. Jackie was a graduate of Cohn High School. She married the love of her life Harold on February 17, 1967, and had two wonderful sons. She spent most of her life being a working mother before retiring in 2004 to be a full-time grandmother to four wonderful grandchildren who were the light of her life.

Jackie is proceeded in death by her parents John Thomas and Mary Frances Johnson and her brother Tom Johnson. She is survived by her Husband of 58 years Harold Summers, sons Jay (Jamie) Summers of Nashville, TN and Josh (Kristen) Summers of McKinney, TX. Grandchildren Cooper, Cam, Luke and Hadley Summers, brother Phil Johnson.

Jackie’s life will be celebrated Wednesday October 1, 2025, at Harpeth Hills Memory Garden. Family and friends are invited to share their memories during visitation with the family from 2:00pm – 6:00pm. A private burial for the family will be held at a later date.

While Jackie will be missed dearly, we find comfort and peace knowing she is eternally resting with Jesus in heaven.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Alzheimer's Association or Nashville Humane Association in Jackie’s honor.
