Ina "Ruth" Huey

Ina Ruth Huey, age 91, passed away August 22,2021. Preceded in death by husband, James F. Huey; son, William Kelly Huey; father, John Wess Mangrum; mother, Ester Davidson Mangrum; brothers, Elton, Andrew, Leo, and John Mangrum; sisters, Marie Buttrey and Emogene Lampley.

Survived by brother Roy (Faye) Mangrum, and a host of nieces, nephews and loved ones.

Ruth was a humble, loving, and caring person. She spent many years of her life caring for others. She was a Christian who loved God. She retired from Nashville Metropolitan Board of Education, Food Services Department in 1993 with 24 plus years of dedication.

There will be visitation August 26, 2021 9:00 – 11:00 with a Celebration of Life at 11:00 with burial to follow all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home 9090 Highway 100 Nashville Tennessee 37221.
