Age 89 of Fairview, TN. Preceded in death by husbands Thomas Alan Bell and James P. Spencer; parents Hill and Fairy Hughes; brothers Carl Hughes and Max Hughes.
Survived by son Thomas "Tom" J. Bell (Candy); daughter Jackie Lampley (Wayne); brother James B. Hughes, Sr.; sister Betty Dean Lampley; step children Larry and Steve Spencer (Linda) and Janice Hornal; five grandsons and seven great grandchildren; and numerous friends, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, 2-8 pm, Monday 11-1 pm, Funeral Service Monday 1 pm; all at HARPETH HILLS FUNERAL HOME www.harpethhills.com
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Alive Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
