Hewitt Wayne Elkins age 84, passed away on April 12, 2022.
Survived by loving wife of 64 years Anita Elkins, son; Joey Elkins, daughter-in-law; Brenda Elkins, daughter; Lynn Poteete, son-in-law; Tim Bryan, granddaughter; Allison Lynn (Eric) Sanders, sister; Wilma Jean (Marvin) Priske, sister-in-law; Ruth (ES “Hot”) Kestner, dear friend; Deborah Hayes “driving Mr. Daisy”, numerous friends, neighbors and loved ones.
Hewitt was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed golfing, NASCAR and watching sports especially basketball.
There will be visitation Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 11:00am – 1:00pm with a Celebration of Life at 1:00pm and burial to follow all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
