Preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Lampley King; parents, Herbert and Mable King; brother, Jimmy King; brother-in-Law, Cecil Lankford.
He is survived by his son, Troy King (Dwana); sisters, Joyce Lankford and Nellie Sullivan (G.H.); numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. on Sunday, July 17, 2016 and 9-10 a.m. on Monday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 18 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
